Note that there are two "Washington Streets" in the city of Boston. Please use these directions and/or the MapQuest map to ensure you're headed to the correct 411 Washington Street.

Driving - From Southeast Expressway— I-93:

Take Exit 15, (Columbia Road exit)
If you’re coming from the North, at the end of the ramp take a right onto Columbia Road (West).
If you’re coming from the South, at the end of the ramp, your destination is to the left but you cannot due to a barrier in the median strip. Instead, take a right at the end of the ramp; go around the rotary to reverse direction (going West) onto Columbia Road.

Take Columbia Road through Dorchester for 2.0 miles
Note that at the second major intersection on Columbia Road (you’ll see a KFC on the left), Columbia Road makes a sharp (90 degree turn) left.

Turn LEFT (South-East) onto Washington Street (you’ll see a Burger King on the right corner.)

Take Washington Street 0.7 miles (South East) to 411 Washington Street. The building is across the street from a park (“Mother’s Rest Park").

Public Transportation:

Take MBTA Red Line to Ashmont station and take the #23 bus towards Ruggles (north). Get off at the stop after the Park Street (Dorchester) stop.

(Note that we are also a short taxi ride from Ashmont - about 7 minutes.)

or

Get on the #23 bus at Ruggles station (Orange Line) or Dudley Square and take the #23 towards Ashmont (south). Get off at the Algonquin Street stop (first stop after Four Corners).
